Hi Team,

Am trying to create organizational chart for my company which was about 1.2k members count. I have pulled records from data source and tried to paste in MS Excel - Smart Art - Organizational chart.

But i get only partial records being rendered and with set of records being marked with X and showed like below.

It’s just hidden. This happens when you pick a SmartArt graphic layout with a limited number of shapes and you exceed this limit. If you switch to a different SmartArt graphic layout the information below the red X will reappear.

Kindly let us know how to overcome on this.

    It looks like your data is too big and has reached the limit.

    Do you have Visio, for large data import to charts, it is recommended that you can use Visio to get your needs.
