When these folders cannot be accessed, what's the error message pop up?
Did you open these shared folders in Windows Explorer or on OneDrive online?
- If the latter one, it's best to clear the cache and cookies of browser on users' machines. Besides, it is best not to ‘stay logged in’.
- If it's the former, I suggest you unlink OneDrive account, close OneDrive. Go to Credentials Manager, remove all the "Windows Credentials" entries of Office and OneDrive.
