What should I do if I am unable to download the TTS license for Azure speech disconnected containers and encounter a 503 error code?

    The 503 error when trying to download the TTS license for Azure speech disconnected containers occurs because the NTTS container versions 2.19 and earlier are no longer supported as of February 29, 2024. This is expected behaviour. To resolve this issue, you need to update your NTTS containers to the latest version. After updating, the license download should proceed without issues.
