Why is my OneDrive scan of my Dropbox files for migration continually resetting?

I am trying to migrate my files from Dropbox to OneDrive, but the scan status resets continually. I cannot initiate the migration until this loop is broken. How do I get past this issue?

    If there are any large files or folders in Dropbox, they might cause the migration process to timeout or fail. Consider reducing the size of these files or breaking them into smaller parts. Microsoft supports files up to 15 GB in size for Dropbox to Microsoft 365 migrations.
