Hi @Lloyd RAZON
Can personal Microsoft account be signed in other Apps?
Please try to log personal Microsoft account into Office on one test machine to see if the same error occurs.
- If so, I suggest you go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, disconnect the work account, then sign out your account from Office app.
- Go to Registry Editor, navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft
, check if there is any related registry entry under "Office" or "OneDrive". Such asHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
, "SignInOptions", If value Data =2, means Org ID only, the value data should be 0 that both IDs allowed. -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
, "NoConnectedUser", the value data should be 0. - If no related policy settings you have found that prevent Microsoft account, it's recommended disconnect the domain, check the stand-alone computer.
Besides, do not enable OneDrive for Business just open personal OneDrive for a check.
- If only OneDrive occurs with this issue, I suggest you reset OneDrive for a check.
In additionally, if you have security software, please check whether there are relevant settings that prevent personal account being logging in or settings related to OneDrive.
