can't get the OneDrive to work

Please i need your help on this issue.

I am setting up a new account and can't get the OneDrive to work with the new alias.

    Please check below tips to troubleshoot the issue.

    1.Mare sure you assign license for the newly created account.

    2.Go to the Microsoft admin center -> Users -> Active users -> Select the user -> OneDrive -> Check whether the OneDrive is setup.

    If not, go to portal.office.com/onedrive to set it up. It might take a while.
