Please i need your help on this issue.

We have group NURSING FACULTY (Male and Female Section) and there is documents uploaded and it was deleted we need recover this document.

May I know more details about this case? Did you upload documents to a SharePoint Online document library but you mistakenly delete them in the library and recycle bin and you want to recover the douments, right?

The document was uploaded to OneDrive.

It was deleted 1 or 2 months ago.

Thanks for your reply.

So could you find the deleted files in your OneDrive Recycle bin? If you can't find them, they have been permanently deleted.

From user side, we have no way to recover permanently deleted files. I suggest you contact Microsoft support to let them help you check form the backend.
