    You may lower the UAC Settings.

    Run the Batch file as Administrator.

    If you have any third-party security software, then uninstall that.

    In Start Search type Gpedit.msc and hit the Enter key:

    Navigate to:

    Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options

    Find "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" and disable it
