Hi,
Current I using EWS to get free and busy for users in my org. But when I using lib https://ecederstrand.github.io/exchangelib need require oauth2 using permission EWS.AccessAsUser.All like https://ecederstrand.github.io/exchangelib/#impersonation-oauth-on-office-365
I need understand for EWS.AccessAsuser.All whether i can read message, inbox in mailbook that user i connected with impersonation.
I only view free and busy info not need to read message,…

Looks like the issue is more related to development, please kindly understand that the Exchange Online tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Exchange Online. To better solve your problem, I'd add the Exchange Server Development tag. EWS.AccessAsUser.All usually requires Graph to be implemented, I'll add the Graph tag as well.
