How to create a graph connector and list my graph connector in the Admin Center Datasource.

I have searched the Microsoft documentation to list my graph connector in the Admin Center. But I not able to find the exact documentation to publish the graph connector. I have attached the screenshot of the pre listed graph connector in Admin Center. Please share me the step/documentation to list my graph connector in copilotData sources available include: ADLS Gen2, Enterprise websites, Microsoft SQL server, Azure SQL, Oracle SQL database, ServiceNow Knowledge, ServiceNow Catalog, File share, Azure DevOps, and MediaWiki.
