MS teams error when trying to change call settings of auto attendant

Hello

I am getting the following error when I go into Teams -> Settings -> Calls -> and then click on my Auto Attendant. I have already added the user as Authorized User for the auto attendant, and have also changed the Policy to allow the settings. Thanks for your help!

Please note that All Authorized users must have a Teams Phone license and must be "voice enabled."

If you have assigned a license to the user and enabled "voice enabled." and the problem still occurs, please have the user sign out of Teams and clear the cache.

Hi @LiweiTian-MSFT !

Thank you for the information. I can confirm they are voice enabled and have a license. This problem happens both in Desktop and Web version of the app, so clearing data did not do anything...

Any other suggestions?

According to the documentation: The global, org-wide default policy disables all configuration change capabilities for all users. This policy should not be changed.

We recommend creating a new policy and reassigning it to authorized users.
