Teams V2 only one member of a security group will be added

Question

In the old Teams (Work or School) I could add multiple students (i.e. whole class) at once to a team by selecting the security group with those students.

In V2 only one of the members (not always the first in the goup list) is added.

Could you please tell me:

Does this issue occur on Teams for other users in your organization?

Does the Teams web client have the same issue?

If this issue only occurs on your Teams desktop client, try updating Teams to the latest version and clearing the Teams cache.
