Hello,

Microsoft began enforcing mandatory security protocols and two-factor authentication. My organization has several email accounts that multiple people log into from different computers. For example, I am an Executive Assistant and I have access to both of the owners' emails and their Director of Operations email. I need to have access to their accounts for a variety of my tasks, but they also need to have access. With the new security protocols in place, can we each access the account successfully? Are the two-factor authentications unique for each computer? So if I set up a two-factor authentication on my laptop, will the company owners also be prompted to set up a two-factor authentication on their computer, or will it force them to use the method I already set up? So if I have it linked to my phone number and it sends me a code when I'm logging in, will it also try and send a code to my phone when they try to log in? Or will they be able to set up an additional phone number or Authenticator app from their computer? If we can't all login from different computers, this is going to be an issue. Is there a way to change the settings so we are not required to utilize the new security protocols? Thank you in advance!
