Is it possible to transfer badges and certifications from a personal account to another personal account

I'm about to close my personal Microsoft account / Microsoft Learn account and would like to transfer my bagdes and certifications to my new account, is this possible?

    Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
