Check Connection Credentials: Ensure that the credentials used for the SharePoint connection are correct. If the password for the account has been changed or if Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required, the connection might fail until updated. Each connector's credentials need to be refreshed individually.
Update Connectors: If there are multiple connectors per flow, each one will need to be updated. Unfortunately, there isn't an automated way to identify which flows use the account, so you might need to manually update each one.
Share Ownership: Sharing ownership of a Power Automate flow can help manage connections more efficiently. You can hover over a flow and click the Share icon, or select a flow and click the Share button on the top navigation.
Replace Connections: To replace the connections, select "Add data" and search for SharePoint or select a new connection. Connect to the internal SharePoint site where the list(s) to the data source exists, and then update the PowerApps components to point to the internal SharePoint connections.
