Hello Team,

I have tried to add couple of agents to our test environment (those agents already in monitoring in our stage env) but after adding those agent were not become healthy and was in grey state.

So , i have renamed health state folder and restarted scom services.

post that I have received Health Service Private Bytes Threshold alert for our test MS server.

I can see the memory on SM server is always 90%.

Please advise how will resolve this issue.

Hi,

There are some common steps that can be taken to troubleshoot this scenario

Upgrade the agent to the latest version(Update Rollup 6).

The "Operations Manager" event log in "EventViewer" can help understand the issue better. Check these logs for events of "Warning, Error, Critical" level to understand if there are errors being logged. These should help diagnose the issue further.

You should also check the Application, system and security event logs to understand if there are other issues that might be causing this behavior.

I have installed UR6 but no luck and issue still remains.

NO clue in MS event viewer

What is the value in the alert for the Health Service Private Bytes Threshold? What is the value currently set at in the Monitor? What server OS are you running?
