How to delete a service that won't stop

I wanted to upgrade my Azure Cloud Service from Classic, but the service won't stop. Now I can't even delete it. I've already lost my customer, and now I'll have to keep paying Microsoft for another month. I can't find anyone to talk to. If there's a real person out there, your help much appreciated.

To stop the service forcefully:

Stop-AzureService -ServiceName "your-service-name" -Force

If stopping didn't work, you might try deleting it using Azure CLI:

az cloud service delete --name "your-service-name" --resource-group "your-resource-group"

Make sure that there are no locks on the resource that prevent it from being stopped or deleted. You can check this in the Azure Portal under the 'Locks' blade of the resource.

If nothing worked, try reaching out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
