SCSM 2022 display all the Informations of the Computers on the user Portal question

Hi Support,

I have a question about display Computers on the user Portal on SCSM 2022.

I have displayed it and selected "Display Name", Netbios Name" and "IP Address" "OU"

As you can see on my screen shot, no IP Address and OU is displayed.

As I know all the Information's of the computers are coming from SCCM I create an Connector for that.

If I go to the SCSM Console Configuration Items--->Computers--->All Windows Computers and select on of my computer, it is not showing the IP and the MAC Address

Hi,

About the IP address: the IP address is not populated by the SCCM connector, unfortunately. The SCCM connector imports the IP address on a separate class Microsoft.Windows.Peripherals.NetworkAdapter, which has a many-to-one relationship to the computer. Unless you import the IP address by other means (such as the SCOM CI connector), you will not be able to display it on the portal. About the OU: the OU is not imported by the SCCM connector. You need to create an AD connector to get this data over. More information here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/scsm/ad-ds-attribs?view=sc-sm-2022
