Where can I find the complete list of all official GUID for all first-party Microsoft service principal?

Is there any way to create or generate a complete list of all official GUIDs for Microsoft Applications or services?

So far I can only find it here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/entra/entra-id/governance/verify-first-party-apps-sign-in#application-ids-of-commonly-used-microsoft-applications

Any help in PowerShell scripting or official list in a downloadable format is greatly appreciated.
