When I'm performing the scan-to-email from the printer with my personal outlook/Hotmail email, I'm facing the "incorrect credentials error"

I have tried with regular password and app specific password both.

recently sep-16-2024 with the same printer firmware and same credentials (regular password) it is working fine.

Now it is not working even with app specific password also

SMTP Server : smtp-mail.outlook.com / smtp.office365.com

SMTP port : 587

secure connection SSL/TLS: Enabled

server requires auth is enabled and provided personal outlook/Hotmail email and password(Both regular and app specific password)
