Sign in to the Azure portal and search for for "Cost Management + Billing" in the top search bar
Select "Subscriptions" from the left menu
Look for "Credits + benefits" in the left menu and select it to see:
- Your current credit balance
- Credit expiration dates
- Credit usage history
This will give you an idea of what is applied.
If it is not applied, the best course of action is to reach out to support: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
