Is the Federation Service still expected to be available in future versions of Windows Server?
What is the information regarding the end of support for the Federation Service on Windows Server?

The Federation service still available on Windows 2022 and 2025.
Microsoft recommend to use Entra ID instead of federation service if possible in case of upgrade.
In other hand there is no official date of end of support.

AD FS is still available in WS 2025 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-fs/ad-fs-overview) and it's not listed at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/removed-deprecated-features-windows-server-2025 so it looks like this will continue to be part of the Windows Server-based services for the foreseeable future
