Thanks for your post. We have experienced similar issue that can resolved by uninstalling audio driver and application from Device Manager > Reboot > Reinstall audio driver. If no help, please try the following method.
- Stop the CxAudioSvc
- Go to Add Remove Programs. Typed in Audio in the search and opened Audio Controls (Synaptics Hong Kong Limited)
- Click on Advanced Options and scroll down.
- Click on both Repair and Reset buttons (see image)
- Start the CxAudioSvc service again, and see it takes effect.
