    Hello,

May I know if this is the first time you remote connect to the Client PC from Server?

Ensure first that the account you are using on Server has been added to the "Remote Desktop Users" group on your Client PC.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you require further assistance or have any questions.

    Best regards

Hi, it has all client users in it. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work as wishes. Note: I am using windows server 2012 R2.

Note: created a group of users which has been added into it.

I do hope with another help.

Let's reconfirm the current problem: Does the problem occur when remotely logging in to the client from the Server (Windows Server 2012 R2), and conversely when remotely logging in from the client to the server? What is your client version?

Have you checked that remote desktop connection is enabled on the client PC? We can go to "System Properties" > "Remote" TAB > select "Allow Remote connection to this computer".

yes, it was logging in from the server machine and the remote desktop is allowed - it all was enabled from the server [GPO configuration] as well.

    Thanks

If the server account has been added to the Remote Desktop User group on the client, check the local security policy on the client. Choose Local Policy > User Rights Assignment, as shown in the figure. Locate and double-click "Allow Login through Remote Desktop Services". Check if your user is in the list. If not, click the "Add User or Group" button, then enter your username and click "OK".
