@Chan, Catherine [ITS] Reports started coming in from customers that their saved views are not available. We've identified the issue and already rolled a fix to production. This should be fixed for everyone by now.

@Chan, Catherine [ITS] Could you please describe the issue with reserved instance. Is the data not reflecting or you want to pull the data programmatically?

I only find the reserved instances under 'Charge by Services' under 'Usage Summary', but cannot find them in the Usage Detail csv under 'Download Usage'.

The sum of the 'ExtendedCost' of all items in the Usage Detail csv is different from the Total under 'Charge by Services'. The difference is the reserved instance charges.

Because our Enterprise Admin is on sick leave, I don't want to bother him. I just want to check how many instances we have subscribed and when will they expire.

There is no separate usage report for Reserved Instance (RI).

Option 1: RI owner/Account Admin can download the RI Invoice from the Azure portal.

Option 2: If ACM is enabled for RBAC roles and you have the right RBAC role, RI charges would be shown on ACM.
