Thank you for your screenshot. Please try the following solutions:
- Repair Microsoft Edge. You can repair it at Control Panel --> Programs --> Programs and Features --> Right click on "Microsoft Edge" --> Change.
- Try InPrivate mode. You can find it at ··· menu --> New InPrivate window.
- Try clearing cookies and cache. You can find it at edge://settings/privacy --> Delete browsing data --> Choose what to clear --> Time range: All time.
- Disable all extensions for a test and find which extension caused the issue if any.
- Create a new Edge profile and try logging in again.
- Try Edge Beta/Dev/Canary channels here. If the issue is fixed on these channels, it means it is about to get fixed soon.
If none of the above fixes the issue, please report this issue by sending feedback in Microsoft Edge at ··· menu --> Help and feedback --> Send feedback. Thank you for your understanding.
UPDATE
According to your description, it seems that version 134.0.3124.93, which was released March 26, 2025, fixed that issue for you. If you would, you can roll back Edge to that particular version. Please follow this guide. In the meantime, please send feedback to the Dev Team to report this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
