Is there any tool available to create subscription in bulk?

We are using airs as internal tool to create susbcription,but wondering if there is anytool availble to create susbcription in bulk?

Looking through our documentation it doesn't look like there's a way to bulk/programmatically create AIRS subscriptions. However, for Azure customers with a billing account for the below agreement types, you can create subscriptions using an ARM template or programmatically.
