Hi, I am trying to do learning module "Describe Azure storage services" unit 5 exercise and when pressing "Activate sandbox" it writes "Hmm, something went wrong" then continue to load till 99% and freezes. I logged in portal.azure.com trying to do this exercise but it appears to be partially dysfunctional so I cannot create any resources there.

This question is related to the following Learning Module

    Hi,

There is currently an issue with the sandbox for that module which is why it just shows 99% or some sort of error with retry button.

To work around the issue, please open a new browser tab and navigate to below link:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-azure-compute-networking-services/3-exercise-create-azure-virtual-machine

Solve puzzle(s), review/accept permissions, etc., and wait for window on right side to show Welcome to Azure Cloud Shell. Next leave that tab open, and click on the exercise browser tab you were on and complete the instructions.

I tested and was able to create storage account as described in the instructions without any issues using above workaround.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

Try this in an incognito window or a different browser.

If that does not work, the best bet here is to contact support via the Support numbers here:
