Hello,
We believe that a now deleted Office 365 admin created email notifications for Office 365 Health Service Alerts to a distribution list. How do we turn those off?

Luke.Mason 0 Reputation points2025-04-24T21:15:53.7066667+00:00 I have a similar issue where an (existing) admin user has checked and unchecked the "Send me email notifications about service health" box several times and they continue to get these emails.
I think it's very "Mickey Mouse" that most of the official recommendations to resolve these issues that I can find online from Microsoft involve "temporarily elevate your non-admin users to admin".... This coming from a multibillion dollar organization.
Obviously, they're putting a lot into quality control...
