Outlook to send email to email address in Smartsheet cell

Question

We have a sheet in Smartsheet which we use to track leads/tours at our fitness facility. Essentially, a prospect comes in for a tour and we use smartsheet to collect their contact information.

We would like to send an automated email to the prospect after their tour (Thanks for touring!). Is there a way to use an MS Automate workflow to send an email from outlook to the email address listed in the smartsheet?

We tried in Smartsheet but you cannot reply to the automated email address Smartsheet uses, which is a feature we want since the email is going to an external customer.

Sounds like you are trying to find an Microsoft Power Automate method to your issue, right? I tried some search, but there seems no existing templates we can use for your issue. Here is a similar template for Microsoft Forms, maybe it could bring you some inspiration:
