Visual Studio: 2017, 2019
Problem: My VS 2017 had been working fine until this morning. When I open the Visual studio 2017 or 2019, I keep getting following error. Any help would be appreciated.

Since both versions are affected the likely reason is not Visual Studio but instead an update to Windows or other software.
Also try restarting your computer than start either version of Visual Studio with /SafeMode option. See the following for more on startup switches.

Please try to delete the caches in C:\Users\ [usename] \AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\16.0_2dff4ec8\ComponentModelCache, then re-start your visual studio.

Your project Open with Visual studio 2017.
Or Open with Visual studio 2019.
you are install Visual studio 2017 and Visual studio 2019.
Run InstallCleanup.exe to remove installation files
As a last resort, you can remove Visual Studio to remove all installation files and product information.
Follow the instructions in Remove Visual Studio.
Rerun the bootstrapper that's described in Step 4 - Delete the Visual Studio Installer directory to fix upgrade problems.
Try to install or update Visual Studio again.
