No worries, Choi Minho1. Sorry if the additional solutions I suggested didn't work as well. My last resort was to reimage your device back to its factory settings using a USB recovery drive. Possibly that a recent software change or glitches may have cause this issue in your device. Even updating and uninstalling the drivers couldn't help to fix the problem.
Resetting your Surface using a USB recovery drive. This option will reimage the entire device and reload Windows including the drivers and firmware. It is the most complete form of Reset and it will wipe out everything on the device.
