I recently saw that Silverlight is no longer supported by Microsoft and I am wondering if I should leave it on my PC or delete it?

You may delete Silverlight, there is no sense to keep it nowadays.

Silverlight only works with IE 10 or below. Unless you have app that needs it, you should delete.
