I want to install Visual Studio on Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) but it is saying that you need to install .Net Framework 4.6 or above.When I was installing .Net Framework 4.8 or any version (even 4.5) It is saying : .Net framework 4.8 has not been installed because hresult 0x800f081e. I tried to find solution online,but can't fix it.

Hi @Shriyesh Mishra , could you tell me how you install the .NET Framework? The error “0x800f081e” often means that the package is not applicable in the current system, please check for updates and install all recommended updates for your computer.
