Privatization deployment Mixed reality spatial anchor

I am currently using mixed reality spatial anchors, but I found that the speed of generating anchors is very slow. I suspect it has something to do with the location of the server. Can I privatize the deployment of spatial anchors on my own server?

    ASA currently provides no on-prem solution.
    ASA is currently available in the following regions

    You can select the region closest to you when creating the Azure Resource. Please note that the AR/Mixed Reality device you are using may also introduce additional latency
