Microsoft Support for Account Subsciptions
Hi,
I would like some clarification around the Enterprise Agreement and support provided around subscriptions created under a designated account.
I've worked with EA before and have provisioned multiple subscriptions under a EA, and not had an issue with support, but today I was told that unless I am the EA owner I will not have any support for subscriptions that I create as a defined owner.
So basically there is an EA > Department > Account (Im an owner) > Subscriptions (I create). For the subscriptions, i create I won't have any support from the EA. This not what I have experienced in the past and want to confirm if this is correct?
