@Davinder Kaur As suggested by community member, kindly check if any resources were created in the portal. You mentioned that you haven't used azure portal, however I would suggest you to check the Cost Analysis Tab in Azure Cost Management service to check which resources have consumed your credits. If in case, there is some issue with the cost of the resources, I would suggest you to reach out Azure Technical Support by raising support case as shown in this document.
