FSLogix Problems on Win10 20H2

Hello,

we have an existing an well functioning Win Server 2016 + Citrix Terminal Server Farm. For the User Profiles we use FSLogix.
Now we are testing FSLogix on our Win10 fat clients to enable terminal server users to log on on every client in our envirenment. on Win 10 1809(10.0.17763.1577) with FSLogix Version 2.9.7621.30127 everything works fine.

On our Win10 20H2(10.0.19042.631) FSLogix(2.9.7654.46150) fails with "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.". The FSLogix Log shows Errors 00000002 and 00000005. The same user is used.

Is there any solution.

Is the user profile services start ? set the Startup type to Automatic

Here is the general Trouble Shooting Guide for FSLogix products you might try first.

Check the logs for potential issue:Navigate to%PROGRAMDATA%\FSLogix\Logs\Profile, open the most recent file and find any ERRORs or WARNINGs. Many times it will tell you exactly what the issue is.

thanks for your response.

I found the problem. Your post suggested me, that FSLogix should work with 20H2. So i searched on.

The Problem was a bug in a thirt party tool that we install for drive and usb security. In the version we are running the tool(or bug) disables/protects the vhdx mapping. We updated to the newest version and now everything is running. The Win10 1809 machine was a newly built test machine, so that the tool was not running.
