We provisioned a number from Azure for outbound only SMS and all appears to work fine technically.
iOS seems to work OK but Android Pixel phones (maybe others) register any message from the 833 toll free number as spam.
Is there any way to verify/whitelist an outbound SMS number provisioned by Microsoft?
It is not like we got to pick ...

We may only be seeing this on Pixels 2/3 phones and are having trouble reproducing it.
Is there a possibility it takes a while for a newly provision 833 SMS number on azure to be "accepted"?
The problem does not happen on iPhones from what we can tell.
