Microsoft 365 ospp.vbs License Status

Hello,

I have a computer at work that is exhibiting strange behavior. This computer has Microsoft 365 E3, let's call this computer a.

I am able to use Office products (they are activated, signed in using my domain credentials). However, when I go to my command prompt and use the command:

cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

Here is my output.

I'm curious as to why computer a, has the license status -- notifications -- while computer b shows the true license name/subscription and the status is licensed.

Is it possible, that a MS update messed up the activation status on computer a? Is there any fix that will get it into the state that computer b is in?

P.S These are both on the same build (Version 2012 (Build 13530.20528.), both are 64 bit installs and on Windows 10 Enterprise x64

    According to your description, I have two questions as below.

    1. Are your Microsoft 365 apps working properly?
    2. Do other users have this issue on their PCs?

    << As far as I know, MS update for Microsoft 365 may not the cause of Software Licensing Service reported that the grace period expired.

    << You could try to check the issue in an environment away from the domain of your organization, such as logging in your account on a test PC or create a new Windows account that not in the domain of your organization.

    In addition, it is suggested to "Reset Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise activation state" to check this issue.

    If the above do not work, please try to uninstall and reinstall it. Then log in to your account to reactivate.
