Hello, we are using ACS iOS SDK and and working on a client app that lets users to connect to Teams meeting as a guest. Host schedules the meeting and share the meeting link and access token to user to connect. Here there are 2 possibilities - Guest joins earlier than the host - This works perfectly. Host starts the meeting and guest joins later - This doesn't work. Call state is returned as .none is second case. This happens with Android SDK too. Can someone help us to fix this? any sample code will help us.

According to your description, your issue is related to Teams development, which we do not support. I will remove office-teams-windows-itpro tag and add office-teams-app-dev tag. Thanks for your understanding!

In addition, when you talked about the second possibility, do you mean the guest user cannot join Teams meeting normally in Teams client?

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT , they are utilizing Azure Communication Service SDK to connect guests to a Teams meeting.

@Kambalekar, Manjunath , can you provide us the SDK version and call id you are using? This will allow @Ashish Virani verify that your callid/tenant has the correct setup.

Here are the SDK versions that I am using -
'AzureCommunicationCalling', '~> 1.0.0-beta.8'
'AzureCommunication', '~> 1.0.0-beta.8'
'AzureCore', '~> 1.0.0-beta.8'

Like I mentioned earlier, if the host has already started the meeting and custom client app tries to join using the teams URL, call gets initiated but in onCallStateChanged(_ call: Call!, args: PropertyChangedEventArgs!), '.none' state is returned. And host don't get any notification like "Mr. X want waiting in lobby".

Let me know if you need any other details.
Also, how do I generate logs? couldn't find in documentation.

it looks like meeting was scheduled by a user in Teams tenant = 71cb917-b098-4303-b878-c182ec8403ac
This tenant is not configured to allow interop with ACS

To enable ACS interop you have to request it through the form https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR21ouQM6BHtHiripswZoZsdURDQ5SUNQTElKR0VZU0VUU1hMOTBBMVhESS4u
