I have approximately 95 instances of "Setup/Unistall (32 bit) running...they are constantly ending and new ones created - but randomly.  I can highlight any one and within seconds it has been moved down or up (showing other instances are coming and going) or it will disappear (seldom the one I have highlighted will end).  Can anyone explain this process to me?

    Hi Jerry

    Open the Settings App

Go to Update and Security - Windows Updates

Is there an MSI update stuck trying to install?

If your System or motherboard is an MSI, check your Startup Tab on Task Manager, to see if there is an MSI Updater app starting with Windows . .
