Unfortunately this hasn't worked, there seems to be no actual possible way to boot the Book from a USB. In FAT32 format the USB does not show in the boot manager, in NTFS the USB shows, however when you select to boot from the USB, it just boots directly into Windows. I've used the Windows Media Creator, as well as using a program called Rufus to create bootable USBs, these also boot from a different PC, just not from this Galaxy Book. I'm completely stuck and unsure if it is a Samsung issue or Microsoft issue, I assume it's Microsoft as it's Windows that is having the issue. Any ideas?
S Mode
I've recently gotten a Galaxy Book 2.
I switched it out of S Mode into Windows 10 Home, all went smooth, however now a lot of programs I am unable to install. As an example the Trend Micro downloader won't run as it says 'Trend Micro can't run on this PC' and when I select learn more, it leads me to instructions of switching out of S Mode, which is already done. This isn't the only program, Office 2013 won't install as it says it's incompatible.
Tried everything right to resetting the PC, refreshing the PC and fully cleaning the drive.
Anyone able to shed some light or give me any info on what I can do next so I can install whatever program I like, like I should be able to?
Thanks

2019-03-17T23:03:13+00:00 If you've got an OEM version of Windows installed (came preinstalled when you purchased the PC) then you shouldn't have any activation issues with a clean install, as long as you install the same edition of Windows 10 (Home or Pro).
The license is embedded in your motherboard, so it should just reactivate after the clean installation!

But I'll definitely give that a go, thank you!

2019-03-17T22:41:02+00:00 Hi Jake, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.
These problems are usually caused by an issue with the process of switching out of S Mode, and since you've already tried resetting your PC without success, the next step is to try a clean installation of Windows 10.
Here are instructions:
Here's an article that explains in detail how to clean install:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/for...
You'll need an 8GB or larger USB flash drive, and the media creation tool from this link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15088/...
On another PC, follow the steps in the article I linked and you'll be able to clean install Windows 10.
Hopefully that helps! Please let me know how you go. Thanks!
