Are you seeing that error when you boot up your PC and then cannot get into Windows 10?

What is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC

Honestly, I am sorry, I think your hard drive has failed, though you should still get that option to go to diagnostics on the initial Dell logo screen . . .

On the Dell logo screen, repeatedly press F12

Then from the resulting menu, choose Diagnostics

Run that test, and if asked, choose not to perform the extended memory test

Does your hard drive pass that test?
