When I wrote notepad, explorer, regedit,taskmgr in cmd, but nothing happened. I didnot know what was happened, either they were crashed or something blocked the new process. But tasklist was fine. After reboot, I saw that there were many dmp files left. Here（https://pan.ruijie.com.cn/share/99640ee19d1b6547de17e1e5be） were two. It seemed that ctfmon raised an exception which code was 0x675, Which means "ERROR_FAIL_FAST_EXCEPTION". Could you tell me what's the FAST_EXCEPTION? Why ctfmon crashed frequently? Why many processes created failed?
