Using SMS Communication Services with a Canadian billing address

Question

My account is with a Canada billing address. In order to acquire a phone number for use with SMS, restriction prevent my account (being canadian) from doing this.
We are currently building our a technology solution that will be ready in 3 - 6 months , and want to be able to build this out using Azures communication Services.

Is there any way i can get a preview / beta access to sms through communication Services while we are under construction?

Thanks for considering using Azure Communication Services. Support for Canadian phone numbers is on the roadmap but currently, there's no ETA as to when it will be available. If you have other feedback/feature requests please leave them on our UserVoice platform.
