Feedback on MS Teams and ACS interop enabling

After submitting a request to enable MS Teams and ACS interoperability (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR21ouQM6BHtHiripswZoZsdURDQ5SUNQTElKR0VZU0VUU1hMOTBBMVhESS4u) I haven't received any feedback whether my request to enable it was completed or rejected.

How can I tell if my request is in the pipeline (according to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/356294/i-submitted-the-specified-form-to-enable-interoper.html request processing is backlogged) or if I need to do some additional setup on my end?

I also checked the Azure "support request" resource and it gave me the following:

If you experience a 403 error, either your subscription is not on the preview allow list to access this feature, or your Teams tenant does not have the capability enabled. Fill out this form (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR21ouQM6BHtHiripswZoZsdURDQ5SUNQTElKR0VZU0VUU1hMOTBBMVhESS4u) to add your Teams tenant to an allowlist and enable or disable Teams tenant interoperability

This implies that "subscription is not on the preview allow list" is an additional blocker aside from the form submission. But I can't find any documentation on how to join/enable this "preview allow list".
