Activation. Error code: 0xC004F012

Hello! 

I bought the laptop (samsung galaxy book s quallcomm processor) and window 10 home was in there (valid). than, windows updated and once, on blue screen it required repair. we turned on by recovery, but after, windows need to be activated and no way helps to fix this. also, defender disappeared and i can not install microsoft office. please, help!

    this is what windows shows after both of methods. maybe someone can connect to my computer by teamviewer or other app. I am really in trouble.

    Thanks Irina. Looks like you are hitting the famous Reset activation bug.

    A RI should resolve this.

    Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything including Files and applications and reinstalls Windows.

    To better diagnose the issue,

    1. Right-click Start button and Choose Windows Powershell(admin) and type in the following command:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    You will get a window, take a screenshot and send the same in the next reply.

    1. Run the activation troubleshooter and send us the output.
