APIM Developer Portal Default Layout

Hi , how to change background color of default layout header, i do not see an option to change the back ground, i'm able to update the background of the content and footer but not the header.Any help is appreciated.

    For the legacy Developer Portal, I'm able to change the background color of the header as follows:
