After the latest windows 11 update i started having this problem. I have internet access, I can ping google dns servers, cnn.com, no problems. When i go to the MS store to check for updates It say I'm not online when in FACT I AM... this is really getting aggravating. I already wiped my system clean, fresh install and still same issue.

    Hi Jason,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    Can you try this method?

    > Press Windows key and R

    > Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter

    > Click Advanced tab

    > Find the options TLS 1.0, TLS 1.2, and TLS 1.3 under the Security.

    > Check the TLS 1.0, TLS 1.2, and TLS 1.3 options

    > Click OK

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Paul,

Allow me to pose this question. Maybe this will answer a lot of issues people are having. I do know MS doesn't play well with other recently, now If I am using Norton360 as my AV/Firewall would that cause any issues that I had? not being able to reach the MS store or add another account? It just occured to me that this might be a possibility. I pay for the Norton service as it hasn't let me down yet.

    Paul,

I have already reset my endpoint for the second time. But if this does happen again I will look at these TS steps as I have not seen them before. Sad to say resetting was the most common one everyone came up with. Me personally i don't like resetting my endpoint. I'm going to copy these steps for future TS issues.

    Thanks,

    Jason
